Rolo allows event participation and photo uploads to private albums. You are responsible for the information and content you publish.

2. User conduct

You must not upload unlawful, offensive, discriminatory, abusive content, content that violates third-party privacy, or content that breaches applicable laws.

3. Copyright and improper content

You represent that you have the necessary rights to uploaded photos. Improper, unlawful, or copyright-infringing content may and will be removed without prior notice.

4. Moderation and enforcement

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for users who violate these terms or use the platform in ways that create legal, operational, or reputational risk.

5. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or damages arising from misuse of the platform.

6. Terms updates

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means acceptance of the current version.

7. Analytics and privacy

Use of analytics tools follows the Privacy Policy and depends on explicit consent when applicable. Without consent, analytics cookies are not activated.
